  1. 路安 双组份环保标线涂料 技术使用说明书 一、组成 1、LAGK 2001 A 组份 3、LAGK 2010 固化剂 2、LAGK 2001 B 组份 4、LAGK 2020 玻璃珠 6、LAGK 2030 稀释剂 5、LAGK 2040 清洗剂 二、使用方法 1、LAGK 2001 A 、B两组份在使用前必须搅拌均匀。 2、在LAGK 2001 B组份中加入4-8%的LAGK 2010，搅 拌均匀后，通过“双组份喷涂设备”，让其与LAGK 2001 A组份按1︰1比例混合喷涂于路面上形成交通标志。 三、注意事项 1、LAGK 2010不能直接加入LAGK 2001 A组份中。 2、LAGK 2001 A、B两组份及LAGK 2010严禁接近明火， 应保存在阴凉通风的地方。 3、LAGK 2040清洗设备用溶剂。 4、LAGK 2030调低涂料粘度专用稀释剂。 5、LAGK 2010的使用方法： LAGK 2010的用量是根据气温条件的变化确定，通 常高于20度时，LAGK 2010的用量为LAGK 2001 B组份的4- 6%，气温在10—20度时，用量为LAGK 2001B组份的6-8%。 6、LAGK 2020的用量： 涂膜厚≥600um：300—400g/m2 涂膜厚≤600um：200—300g/m2 路安 顺德路安高科涂料有限公司
