Accomplishments and future goals • Director-Educational Relations • Formed a Committee • Marco Pirateque - ColombiaLaura Swift - USAEmanueli Mathayo or Emanuel Ndossi - TanzaniaAlessandra Badino - Italy, living in UKAyodele Faiyetole – Nigeria • Translated invitation letters and e-mails into 22 languages. Those were sent (over 25 000) to teachers and educational institutions world wide.

Accomplishments and future goals • Director-Media Relations • Correspondence with interested representatives in the media • Drafted a “general press release” for the promotion of WSW on a global level • Created a “Media Kit” to assist national coordinators to in their work with the media on a local level for the promotion of WSW

  6. Accomplishments and future goals • Director-National Coordinator Relations • Keeps regular contact with National Coordinators • Disseminates information to National Coordinators • Evaluates activity level of the National Coordinators • Editor • Compiles WSW Annual Report

Accomplishments and future goals • Director – Space Community Relations • Supported efforts to get increased participation in WSW by the global space community • Director – Data Management • Oversees the WSW event calendar and ensures data quality • Director – Affiliate Relations • Will help with donor retention

Volunteer Needs • Director (or VP?) - Development – Leads efforts to seek support for World Space Week Association and its programs. • Director - Poster -- Oversees development, promotion, and distribution of the annual World Space Week poster. • Director - Web Site – Implements upgrades to the World Space Week web site. • Director - Youth Inspiration Project – Coordinates the Youth Inspiration Project, a global competition which flies students on a zero-G aircraft. • Director – Receptions – Coordinates the Association’s annual awards reception(s). • Director – Participant Support – Coordinates direct support to organizations which hold WSW events
