Our Pack enrollment has grown 336% • Our parent volunteer enrollment has grown 100% In a nutshell
There are over 30 adult volunteer positions needed to keep Pack 251 working for our children • The number of registered adults has remained flat • Our current adult volunteers have taken on multiple positions in our Pack • The adult volunteers we currently have are “aging out” SOON We need help!

There are critical needs for the Pack NOW • #1 – Popcorn Kernel • #2 – Cubmaster • #3 - Assistant Cubmaster • #4 – Blue and Gold Coordinator Critical Adult Volunteer Needs
25% of each Den’s parents will be in leadership/support positions • Maximum of 2 years in any position Recommended Parent Leadership Changes
