  3. Centennial Quality Unit Award 2008-2009 • Summertime Activity Award 5 Years running • Cubmobile 1st Place 2009 • Winterall 2nd, 3rd and 4th place rankings • Cubmaster Training Award 2010 Awards and Recognitions

  4. Pack 251 is Growing!

  5. # of Registered Adults is Flat

  6. Our Pack enrollment has grown 336% • Our parent volunteer enrollment has grown 100% In a nutshell

  7. There are over 30 adult volunteer positions needed to keep Pack 251 working for our children • The number of registered adults has remained flat • Our current adult volunteers have taken on multiple positions in our Pack • The adult volunteers we currently have are “aging out” SOON We need help!

  11. There are critical needs for the Pack NOW • #1 – Popcorn Kernel • #2 – Cubmaster • #3 - Assistant Cubmaster • #4 – Blue and Gold Coordinator Critical Adult Volunteer Needs

  12. 25% of each Den’s parents will be in leadership/support positions • Maximum of 2 years in any position Recommended Parent Leadership Changes
