  3. National Leadership College Submission to SoS proposing the National Leadership College will: -provide international-standard thought leadership in this field -commission excellent leadership development -be focused on delivery and its impact on services and patients’ health and care

The key functions recommended are to ensure: • the system does not fail • co-creation of strategies • effective partnerships • system-wide leadership mobilization • widened participation in leadership • sustainability • system-wide mobilisation on equality • best value for money • alignment with NHS Constitution values and principles
