Madison” • Using one sheet of colored paper, create the fold notes • Write the following questions on each flap • 1) What was William Marbury’s complaint and how did it arise? • 2) What did Marbury hope to achieve by suing Secretary of State James Madison? • 3) Who “won” the case? • 4) What did this decision say about the role of the Supreme Court? Why is it still relevant to us today? • Inside each flap, write the answer to the question. • Due tomorrow for 10 points
