Learning Objectives By the end of this training session, you will be able to: • Decide which emergency number to call in a given emergency scenario (911 or 3333) • List what happens when you call 911 or 3333 • List two tasks for preparing for emergency calls • Tell the hours that SEC can receive emergency calls • Describe the role of the LIC and BMIC • Explain the use of the phone tree in emergencies
