VPC’s Mission To develop safe and healthy neighborhoods through collaborative planning, community action, policy advocacy and enforcement.
How we got involved! • Jack Lindsley, Faith Based Sector Rep. • Asked me a question after attending Oregon Prevention Conference in Eugene Or. • “What is the #1 way to help prevent Suicide? • FACT: Oregon has a 35% higher rate of suicide than the National average . • Breakfast! Sadder Fact Columbia County’s rate is higher than Oregon’s
