  2. If I want to be healthy… If I want to be healthy I need to eat vegetables and drink lots of water as well. I need to be sun smart by wearing a hat, by wearing a shirt, sunglasses and by staying in the shade.

  3. Lily’s Breakfast Menu • Banana smoothie. • Yoghurt • Some eggs on toast • A bowl of fruit salad.

  4. Lily’s Lunch Menu Snacks Carrots Apple with yoghurt. Drinks Water Mains Wrap with lettuce, ham and cheese.

  5. My Dinner Menu • For my dinner I will eat chorizo pasta. • It has cheese. It has broccoli. It has cauliflower. • I have Milk with it.

  6. My Exercise Day Each day I need to do 20 minutes of exercise. To achieve this, I will: • Do 10 jumps a day. Do 10 stretches a day. Do 10 push ups a day. • Do 10 laps of swimming.
