CENTAL USER SUPPORT - OBJECTIVES • Ensure high quality user support by: • by providing replies to users • by interactions with producer units within Eurostat • Data quality reporting: • identifying areas of concern • carry out relevant follow up actions (e.g. information of units, monitoring of implementations)

The main users of the Central User Support: • Commercial companies/enterprises • (39% of the total numer of the requestsreceived) • Students/Academics/Researchers(25%) • Private users (11%)
The main users of National Support Centres: (statistics calculated based only on the data available in the Assist system) • Students/Academics/Researchers • (37%of the total numer of the requestsregistered in the Assist system, excluding requests of the Central User Support) • Commercial companies/enterprises(30%) • Private users (11%)
