  3. Human Resources The Company employees are experienced in ecology, geology,geo-chemistry, radiation ecology and holding monitoring and baseline surveys. The number of staff - 50 persons. Of them, the environmental specialists with more than 10 years experience - 25 persons.

Licenses and Certificates • State License No.01488P for implementation of works and provision of the environmental protection services datedJuly 26, 2012 • The State License of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan for designing mining production facilities (oil, gas, hard mineral resources) • The State License of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for provision of services in atomic power • The State License to perform planning and surveying activities issued by the Agency for construction and housing and utilities infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Accreditation certificate of SED LLP's environmental surveys test laboratory • Certificate on membership in the National Ecological Audit Chamber • Certificates on the integrated management system - ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007.
