The FTF is a single information source for government-wide IT policy objectives and cross-agency initiatives. It provides guidance and resources to increase collaboration, sharing, and alignment of agency enterprise architecture with federal IT policy decisions. The FTF package includes a usage guide, catalog, and meta-model reference. This initiative aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT investments in a citizen-centered, results-driven government.
