Personalized Marketing • Definition: Marketing that creates an unique product offering for each customer. • When you visit websites, what you are looking at registers online and then the next time you are on Facebook you could have a banner ad for the product you were looking at before.
Social Media • Definition: Forms of electronic communication in which users create online communities to share information, ideas, personal messages, and other content. • Ex. FaceBook, Twitter.
