Adding Events Click on small icon + to add new event
Calendar Groups - slide 1 Open Calendars Click Manage Calendar under Current Calendar click New Calendar Groups
Calendar Groups - slide 2 1 2 3 • Enter Group Name • Select Member Calendar to be included in the group • When finished, Click Save
Calendar Groups - slide 3 See your calendar sets by looking in the top right corner list of all your calendars
Checking Availability • Check Availability to see free time / date slots • Add Invitees by Entering User Ids and clicking Add • Click Check Availability 1 2 3 4
Sharing Calendar • You can share calendars with other people • First you add a person • Then they subscribe to your calendar • See our Sharing Calendars Presentation
Options Tab • Settings • Default Calendar View (Day, Month,Year) • Default Type (Personal, Business, Meeting etc) • Day Start Time • First Day of the week
Exiting Calendar • Exit the Calendar by clicking on the Exit icon anytime • You can come back later to update your calendars
