Targeted Illumination Taskbar Functions Opens the Mosaic Targeted Illumination window Opens the Multi Dimensional Acquisition window Saves region masks using the save name assigned in the multi dimensional acquisition window. Before activating this function, verify that a unique save name has been assigned in the MDA window and verify that the folders in the save path exists. The maximum exposure length of the targeted illumination is 1000000ms (.27hours). This value is assigned to a variable but is not applied until the regions are actually pulsed. This journal is used during the MDA, it loads the regions and pulses the sample. This is a simple pulse of the latest active mask. 1 2 3 4 5 6
