Wildcat Offense We want seven “attackers” in the offensive end, players who attack—“it’s going to take two to stop me.” The reality—not all players have that ability or mindset right away. Therefore, we have “initiators” and “reactors.” “Initiators”—can beat most defenders and have the ability to read a defense. “Reactors”—good without the ball, can create space, screen, cut for a pass and shoot.
