  3. If You Have Already Created Your MyBethel AccountClick “Log into MyBethel” # 3

  4. After Logging In, Click the “Give” Tab thenClick the “My Giving Statement” Link Step 1 Step 2 # 4

  5. Use the Drop Down List to Choose 2011 Last Year # 5

  6. Your 2011 Giving Statement in PDF Format # 6

  7. If You Have Not Yet Created Your MyBethel AccountClick “Request a Username” # 7

  8. Regular Mail Option • We will send you your Giving Statement by Regular Mail: • If you don’t log into MyBethel by this Thursday, January 26th • We will mail it on Friday, January 27th # 8

  9. Bethel Cleveland – Your 2011 Giving Statement Summary: • Self Service: • Use www.bethelcleveland.com & MyBethel to print your Giving Statement • By Thursday, January 26th • Regular Mail: • We will mail the Giving Statements to people who have not logged into MyBethel on Friday, January 27th • Please call the office if you want your statement mailed before then # 9
