  2. http://tsdstudentfs:9675/portal • Over the course of the summer we have implemented a new Tech Helpdesk. • This can be only accessed within the school district.

  3. http://tsdstudentfs:9675/portal • You will need to sign in with your regular network username and password.

  4. http://tsdstudentfs:9675/portal • Then all you will have to do is fill out the form and submit

  5. http://tsdstudentfs:9675/portal • We will then get a request sent straight into all three of our Inboxes. • If you have requests that prevent you from filling out this form (forgotten password or accessing from home) then you can use the old email address of techhelp@troyareasd.org • Please be aware that we will be only checking the techhelp@troyareasd.org address a few times a day so make sure you use the new Helpdesk at all times if possible for a quick response.
