KEWELL CONVERTERS HAS EXPANDED WITH EVEN MORE FOAM PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, MACHINERY AND TECHNOLOGY Exciting times are ahead for us in 2023, not only are we unveiling a new brand identity, but we are also expanding our foam conversion capabilities for large volume production orders. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, manufacturing processes, and the service we offer our customers, but are continually looking for ways to grow and improve. So, as we move into 2023, we are very excited to be expanding our product and materials range as well as adding new technology and machinery to our portfolio. While our business continues to be driven by polyethylene foam, as part of our continued drive to offer enhanced and sustainable foam solutions to our customers, we have increased our product portfolio with a wide range of flexible foam materials, including: oTechnical polyurethane foams oReticulated foams oPVC foams oEPDM Rubbers

  2. oCellulose sponge o Our vast in-house foam manufacturing capabilities already allow us to be responsive, but expanding our product range and implementing new machinery and technology allows us to offer even more solutions for our customer’s needs: oOur CNC routing facilities continue to service our polyethylene foam supply along with our waterjet cutting machines, which offer a very fine finish, and both can produce very large and very small intricate parts oOur vertical contour cutting machine is perfectly suited for all foam materials oWe have three splitting machines which can split sheets from 0.5mm up to any thickness our customer requires oOur three press machines can die cut any sized part, in any volume oThe new addition to our machine team is a laser cutter, that allows us to produce very intricate products from cut foam and composite materials via laser.
