Theseareas follows: 1stGeneration: Thefirstgenerationofhumanrightsarealso knownas ‘blue’ rightsandtheymainlydealwiththelibertyand participationinthepoliticalactivityoftheindividuals. 2ndGeneration: Thesecondgenerationofhumanrightsdealswith theequalityandrecognitionofindividualsinthevisionof government. 3rdGeneration: Thehumanrightslawofthethirdgenerationgoes astepbeyondjustcivilandsociallawsbyintroducingsomesoft lawsliketherighttoself-determination, righttonaturalresources.
