Tipare te pergjithshme te Tregut te Punes ne Shqiperi • Norma e papunesise dyshifrore • Rreth 15% qe prej vitit 2000. • Norma te papunesise me te larta per femrat se per meshkujt. • Norme e larte e papunesise afatgjate (90%) • Renie te normave te punesimit • Nder me te ultat ne rajon gjate viteve te fundit (rreth 50% te forces se punes). • Strukture e re moshore

Hartimi i nje pakete politikash plotesuese Rritje e eksternaliteteve pozitive te kerkeses dhe ofertes per pune nga investimi ne kapitalin human. Permiresim i infrastruktures sociale Mbeshtetje e aktiviteteve prodhuese; Inkurajim i grumbullimit te kapitalit, aftesive ne pune dhe transferim i tekonologjise.
