To access Test Score Information visit http://www.texasassessment.com/students. Select Families/ Familias Tab. SELECT THE “Go to Student Portal”. Your child’s Unique Access Code is found at the bottom of the Confidential Student Report (CSR).

  3. Your child’s Unique Access Code is found at the bottom of the Confidential Student Report (CSR). Note: Keep your child’s unique code handy as it can be used to view/access past/future test results. Fill in the student’s unique access code in the box Select the student’s month, day and year of birth
