  4. To be an Inner Wheel leader .

  5. INNER WHEEL is AN ASSOCIATION of PERSONS WALKING in the SAME DIRECTION IT IS NOT A COMPANY

  6. SO AN IW LEADER ISNOT A MANAGER

  7. The leader's challenge is to make dreams become goals achieved through action .

  8. NO VISION / NO LEADER The leader knows where to go, and shares his passion, his dream and his goals. He has a vision and inspires people to make this vision a reality.

  9. QUALITIES OF A LEADER • Be brave: • taking risks and • changing habits. • Be passionate • and transmit it. • Be humble • works for the good of others not for his own ambition.

  10. Being a leader is full of duties itis not a right Be candidate not by personal ambition but to propose a project, and to act with a team to achieve the goal. A every level it is a duty

  11. Presidents, district chairmen are either leader or manager. Manager only if : *They have not courage enough to explore new lands *To create new clubs withyoungermembersdifferent of whatwewere 10 yearsago *To accept new ways of living Inner Wheel.

  12. Unfortunatly, veryoftentheyremain MANAGER , theirkingdomis administration Theyare giving ordersbut not goals to reachtogether

  13. On the contrary a leader willbeinnovating, as a PIONNEER openingstepby step, action afteraction NEW WAYS OF LIVING INNER WHEEL * Less administration becauseusing new technologies ( automate the tasks and release more time for actions or moments of friendship)

  14. *Creating new clubs, more attractive for modern women in new Inner Wheel countries. *for that we must make you want, we must dare and not conform to appearances of another time * Accepting CRAZY DREAMS (do not dreams make the world go forward? )

  15. *Communicating, using social networks, messenger and whatsApp in order to reach new friends on the otherside of the earth. *Adapting Bye Lawsaccording to the countries and the times *constantly asking the question of what's wrong and inventing new solutions

  16. Inner wheel is not an old lady frozen in centuries old postures. IW is alive, changing, in perpetual evolution. It is with this taken that the soul of IW will remain vivacious. It's up to leaders to reinvent IW day after day

  17. EVERY MEMBER MAY BE A LEADER OF INNER WHEEL’ LIFE

  18. To be a leader is to try to change things at your level and make your little world better

  19. The only decision to take to be a leader is to act

  20. Each of you is a leader but do not know it yet
