  9. Hand Held Computer (HHC) successfully able to obtain a GPS Coordinate in most cases • Master Address file was updated w/LUCA adds/corrections • Listers able to successfully correct, add, delete addresses • Listers able to correct, add, delete roads & features on HHC

  10. Completed AC on schedule with about 700 employees • Problems with Software…many patches to correct • Changed out SD cards in all HHC’s • Help Desk was understaffed • Large blocks were difficult for the machine to handle (700+)

  11. Overall…. A Success, and we will use the HHC for Address Canvass Nationally to Update Addresses in 2009.
