  1. Kenneth Kremsky Significantly Contributed to the Kraft Austerity Team Kenneth Kremsky presently works as a consultant for a private equity business in Pennsylvania. In this role, he is in charge of deploying cutting-edge ERP accounting software as well as expediting the A2R process for company acquisitions. ERP accounting software includes a full set of functions designed for efficient financial management inside a corporation. It also tracks both tangible and intangible assets, controls human resources, and maintains track of material resources. During his time at Nabisco, Ken Kremsky was instrumental in ensuring the adoption of rigorous Direct Labor guidelines, which resulted in a reduction in crewing levels and a $400k yearly cost savings. Furthermore, his active participation in both the Oreo and Premium network teams contributed considerably to yearly savings of $3 million, owing principally to the effective execution of initiatives such as the 'One Cookie Out' campaign and the Premium oil reduction project.
