Tsunami Evaluation Coalition (TEC): An Introduction

TEC aims to enhance tsunami response evaluations through sector-wide coordination. ALNAP, OCHA, SIDA, WHO, UNDP lead activities. Various agencies conduct joint thematic evaluations with geographical focus on Indonesia, India, Thailand, Sri Lanka. Future steps include hiring evaluation leader, research, and reporting for continual learning.
