Hardware Requirements : • -The video device should support graphics. • -Ram should be or greater than 120 mb. • - The processor should be at least Pentium 3 or above. • Software Requirements : • -HTML, JDK and html editor for web interface. • -MySql for Database. • - Server (Windows 2000) or above. • Communication Requirements: • -Internet Availability. Product Functions overview : - Enable customers to buy online.- Enable customers to easily browse hardware products.- Enable customers to search for particular products.- Get customers Feedback.- Enable The Administrator to manage shop inventory.- Regular updates to registered customers of OCHS about new arrivals.- Uploading ' Most Purchased ' Item in each category of products.- Strategic data and graphs for Administrators and Shop owner about Items that are popular in each category.- Sales manager is responsible for internal affairs like processing orders, ensure home delivery, getting customer's delivery-time feedback, updating order's status and answering client's queries online.- Adequate payment mechanism and gateway for all popular credit cards and other psayment options, as available for all time.
