ADC Web Site: Desired Functions • Documents management (repository, indexing, search capabilities) • Minutes of meeting, Presentations, Task status reports, Other documents (example Tactical doc, CFPs, ..), etc,... • Authorized persons should be able to upload documents • Everyone should be able to download documents • ADC News – highlight of broad interest items • Calendar • meetings, GEO events, IEEE/GEOSS workshops, .. • Forum • discussion, ask questions, .. (issue: who animates ?) ../..

  13. Options • Use GEO Site as currently constructed • Update GEO site to satisfy ADC requests • IEEE offers to maintain the current ADC pages on the ICEO site with external inputs to satisfy ADC requests • Other?
