  1. Task HCD-08-03-01: LH4IT Follow-up meeting 12 May 09 • Actions defoined at the last meeting 31 March 09 • WG1: The study will be extended to scenario 2, a hybrid scenario and current ramp-up cases. The 3.7 GHz case will be studied as well. The final choice resulting from this multi-scenario optimisation should be delivered by the end of April. • WG2: • Calculation for a PAM (1 row of 24 actives waveguides) with ALHOA, GRILL3D and TOPLHA • WP3: • To evaluate the transmission losses in circular waveguides, mode TE01, carrying a RF power of 500kW. • To analyze suitable mode filters in the MTL. • To analyze befitting bends for the MTL. • To continue the analysis of vacuum windows in order to define the most suitable ceramic materials taking into account the thermo-mechanical stresses.
