  2. Back-up in USB memory Activation Key KX-NSU003 (Message Backup) System Prompts (Custom Service, Company Name, etc.) Mailbox Prompts (Owner Name, Personal Greeting, etc.) Mailbox Messages (left message and two way recording) Back-up file for recorded message is made for one mailbox.

  3. Wav File Extraction Select the bkp file and folder to make WAV file. Copy the bkpfiles to the PC. Start the Tool. WAV files are made to selected folder. File name includes caller ID, date ant time for easy searching. Enter password ofthe mailbox.

  4. Support bkp File The following kinds of bkp files are supported. System Prompts - Installed Prompts - Custom Service Menu - Company Name - Company Greeting - System Mailbox Group Voice Label - System Caller Name - Prompt Selection - Hold Announce Menu Mailbox Prompts - Owner Name - Personal Greetings - Personal Caller ID Name - Interview - Personal Group List Name - EMD List Member Name Mailbox Messages
