  5. UA recommendations The UA Faculty Athletic Representative (FAR) to the NCAA should have more contact with the UA Faculty Senate. A committee should review the principles/ recommendations in the “Rawlings Panel on Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill” and their applicability to the University of Arkansas.
