  1. WebDam Photo Distribution Process

  2. Please visit: http://fullerton.webdamdb.com/Click the Login button as shown above. First things first, you must register to CSUF’s WebDam profile.

  3. Click Register Now

  4. Your password requires 8 characters including one number and one special character. Fill Out The Required Information and click Register .

  5. You will see that your registration was successful. The administrator of CSUF’s WebDam cloud will approve your registration and you will receive an email.

  6. You will then get an email confirmation with a link to the CSUF WebDam cloud. Click the link to get started with WebDam.

  7. If you are not logged into the system, you will have limited access to the images you can view and you won’t be able to download or send links to others. If the prompt in the corner says Login, your not logged in. You Must Login to WebDam to use it.

  8. Once you have logged in you will see this screen below. Under the word search, you can enter terms you are wanting to find images of such as “students”.

  9. As you can see using the term “students” there are 65 pages of images. On the left side of the screen there are sorting options that can help narrow your search. By default, photos display with most recent at the top.

  10. Select a photo you would like to download. Click the yellow “Download” button and download the photos you want. If you want to gather a collection of images select add to lightbox.

  11. Once you have added your selections to your “Lightbox”. Click “Lightbox” at the top of the window as shown above.

  12. Highlighted in the red square are some options for you to either download these assets or share them. You can uncheck any you decide you don’t want. For example: you and your colleague are working on the same project you can share this “Lightbox” with them.
