Criteria • Principal applicant must be at least 21 years old • Dependent children must be under age 21 and unmarried • Make a one-time payment to the Government of Dominica • Principal applicant must have a basic knowledge of English • No minimum net worth, No education requirement, No maximum age, and No business experience needed • Citizens of Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen are not eligible to apply to this program
Application Process • Pass medical and security checks • Submit required documents • Principal applicant must attend an interview in Dominica (translator permitted) • If unable to travel to Dominica, an applicant (or group of applicants) may have interviews conducted in any major overseas city for an additional cost
