ECO Project • Identified as the pilot project in the 21st AFACT meeting in Karachi • Project Proposal sent to all participants • Deliverables • ECO Business Collaboration Schema • ECO XML Schema • ECO Interconnection Specification • Meetings • Four virtual meetings held over 1 year • Participants from Chinese Taipei, Australia, Malaysia, Korea and Singapore attended the meeting

ECO Project Milestone • Phase 1 (Apr 04 – Sep 04 completed) • Work on the data model • Present progress report & draft data model to 22nd AFACT Plenary • Phase 2 (Oct 04 – May 05 completed) • XML implementation of data model • Work on collaboration model • Prepare Interoperability Specification • Phase 3 (July 05 – Dec 05) • Conduct ECO Interoperability Test (for member countries that have an ECO system)
