  4. Weaknesses • Locations • Customer service record (Q) How many Fry's employees does it take to change a light-bulb? (A) None. They need to call a manager. (Q) Why do I always wait so long in line? (A) Because there's only a few managers and they're busy changing light-bulbs. “Ethics is not a word in Fry's vocabulary, nor will it ever be.”
