  2. The Caribbean Disaster Information Network(CARDIN) Established to provide linkages with Caribbean disaster organizations, and to ensure improved access to such information

Network Members • CDERA - representing the 16 English speaking Caribbean participating states • CLAMED- Located in Cuba and assisting CARDIN with training in the Dominican Republic • CRID and ISDR - Advisory capacity • IFRC - Collaborate at the Community level • PAHO - Linkages to Health information • STIRANA - Coordinates activities within the Dutch Caribbean • UAG - Coordinates activities within the French Caribbean
