  4. What should be the relationship between Urban Local Bodies and Development Authorities in relation to development of land and creation of additional housing stock?

  5. Is there a need for an Urban Development Regulator to modulate the price of urban land ? What should be the policy and prescriptive determinants of the Private Sector’s role in land assembly, development and disposal?

  10. What developmental, spatial and fiscal incentives should be developed to accelerate public and private participation in development of EWS/ LIG housing units?

  11. What role can Group Housing Societies, Cooperative Sector and Micro Finance Organizations play in EWS/ LIG housing?
