Issued by the local municipal authorities after a check by the engineer, OC is a certificate that reassures any buyer the property is constructed according to the plan approved by the corporation. It’s the one document that shows to the world that the project or property has been built according to the laws of the land and has adhered to the municipal regulations and codes. The OC is the document you need to submit to the authorities when requiring any water connection, telephone connection, electricity board connection etc… This document is the proof that the property is ready and fit to be occupied.
