Sexual Harassment Training. If you currently are registered on the NexGen EAP website go to www.nexgeneap.com . You will need to use either Chrome or Google to launch the application. You will not be able to sign in use the internet explorer browsing system.

If you currently are registered on the NexGen EAP website go to www.nexgeneap.com. You will need to use either Chrome or Google to launch the application. You will not be able to sign in use the internet explorer browsing system.
If you are not already logged into the system you will need to log in by entering your email address and password. This is also the time to select your preferred language. Once you have finished entering your information click “LOGIN”
This will be the first page you see when you enter into the system. Click on the “More” button.
Click on the E-Learning tab. This will launch you to the training welcome page.
The training programs are located on page three. • Employees will need to click on the Workplace Harassment Prevention for Employees, State of New York and NYC. • Manager’s should click the training called Workplace Harassment Prevention for Managers, State of NY and NYC
Employees will see the following page. Press Start Course. The next page will give you a summary of employee course you are taking.
Managers will see the following page. Click Start Course. The next page will give a summary of the Manager training.
Once you read the summary click the “Enter” button to move you to the next page.
Once you read the conditions you click “Agree”. This will throw you into the training you selected.
Both the Employee and Manager Training begins with the Slide called “The Face of Workplace Harassment”.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will be prompted to view your certification. There is no need to send the certificate to Benefits as entering is done by an electronic upload. If you have any questions or issues accessing your online training, please contact 1-800-327-2255 and one of ENI’s Benefit Information Specialist will assist you. If you have questions pertaining to the training contact you can either contact the District’s legal or Benefits Departments.
