  10. The Website • Reminders • Changes

  11. Complete page and click on “save” and “lock”

  12. More detail: Child information You can sort by “All” or “Not Reviewed” Excel After you have chosen compliance status, save your work.

  13. After county contact reviews, you can sort in a variety of ways. Each section shows the range of standards contained within

  14. Notes on Corrective Actions requiring file reviews… • If the corrective action for a standard requires review of additional files, you will be able to select “yes” or “no” but not “corrected.” • Reason: We are still developing a component that will identify Systemic Noncompliance. • Enter all files on the system prior to doing file reviews. This allows you to see which standards are out, pull new files, and review all noncompliant standards at the same time on the new files.

  15. Notes on Corrective Actions requiring file reviews… • When the feature for systemic reviews is active on the web, you will be able to go back to the standards and choose “corrected.” • At that point, the comments section will automatically provide the required # of slots to enter SSID#s and their compliance status. • If a file is entered and noncompliant, this becomes a systemic correction. Stop, train, and review additional files.
