Why the overhaul? 2012 2011 • Outsourcing the updates to a 3rd party vendor opened doors to allow us to make changes that have been discussed by sales, marketing, systems, customer service & management • Detailed documentation was made and reviewed with key stakeholders • Given this opportunity, we wanted kitchen craft to have the look and feel of our other MasterBrand premium product lines.
