  3. Who can apply? • Facility based in Leicestershire (not City) • Not for profit business model • Charities • Parish Councils • Constituted Community groups • Facility available for general community use • Not restricted to specific user groups • Church • Scouts / Guides

  4. Eligible Capital Projects • Major repairs • Extensions or building works • Improved access or facilities • New buildings • Fees relating to eligible capital works

  5. Eligible Revenue Projects • Training of staff and volunteers involved in running facility • Support for management and trustees • Business planning • Community Consultation to increase use or services
