SWCAP LSL HSL • During an EECP the offer curve for each Resource is the greater of the QSE offer or the EECP Step Floor with the maximum offer not to exceed the System Wide Cap (SWCAP) • The SWCAP is determined in accordance with SR25.505(g) • For illustrative purposes, I have set the EECP floor amounts as follows: • EECP 2 – 40% of SWCAP • EECP 3/4 – 60% of SWCAP • EECP 5 – 80% of SWCAP • No EECP proxy offer curves are utilized in EECP Step 1
SWCAP HSL LSL • During an EECP the offer curve for each Resource is the greater of the QSE offer + a fixed adder for each EECP Step with the maximum offer not to exceed the System Wide Cap (SWCAP) • The SWCAP is determined in accordance with SR25.505(g) • For illustrative purposes, I have set the fixed adder EECP amounts as follows: • EECP 2 – 40% of SWCAP • EECP 3/4 – 60% of SWCAP • EECP 5 – 80% of SWCAP • No EECP proxy offer curves are utilized in EECP Step 1; although, there is a proposal that a proxy curve be used if the Step 1 condition lasts longer than a set duration (i.e. 30 mins). The fixed adder amount would be less than the amount for Step 2.
