Important Dates • By May 10: Submit final supply request list for ordering • May 14: Duplication due • Week of June 14: Duplication and supplies given to Team Leads • Week of June 28: Trainers Workshop, Dress Rehearsal
Final Call: Supplies Deadline is Friday, May 10, 2013 Do you have LCD projectors (not provided), cords, chart stands, power strips etc.
Duplicating Request • Deadline is May 14, 2013 • Duplication triplicate form will be used with person from committee named as contact • Email coming today by 5:00 pm with step by step instructions
