  2. WHO AM I? • DIRECTOR OF ASSESSMENT • DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH • DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM REVIEW • DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND SPONSORED PROGRAMS • COORDINTATOR FOR ACCREDITATION – HIGHER LEARNING COMMISSION AND OTHERS – AACSB AND NCATE

  3. ACCREDITATION RESPONSIBILITIES • CHAIR OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE FOR THE SELF-STUDY REPORT • RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROCESS AND THE VISIT • TODAY I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THAT SOUTHEASTERN IS HLC/NCA COMPLIANT IN EVERYTHING THAT WE DO, OR WANT TO DO (I.E. DISTANCE LEARNING)

  4. DATA FORMS • THE BASIC INSTITUTIONAL DATA FORMS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE EVALUATION TEAM WITH USEFUL STATISTICAL INFORMATION. • THE BASIC INSTITUTIONAL DATA FORMS ARE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR SELF-STUDY REPORT TO THE COMMISSION AND EVALUATION TEAM

  5. DATA FORMS • INSTITUTIONS SUBMITTING FOR A COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION WILL COMPLETE ALL OF THE FORMS • INFORMATION IS REQUESTED FOR THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR (SELF-STUDY COORDINATOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION WILL DETERMINE THE MOST CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR)

  6. DATA FORMS • THAT DECISION IMPACTS THE OFFICER OF INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH • THE COMMISSION REQUESTS THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS FOR THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR – BUT YOU NEED TO REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CUTOFF DATE TO BEGIN THE COLLECTION PROCESS

  7. DATA FORMS • IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU NOTE THAT ALL INFORMATION REPORTED IN THE BASIC INSTITUTIONAL DATA FORMS IS CONGRUENT WITH THE DATA PROVIDED IN THE SELF-STUDY REPORT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS

  8. THE FORMS • DATA FORM A – ENROLLMENT TRENDS • DATA FORM B – STUDENT ADMISSION, ABILITY AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND FINANCIAL AID • DATA FORM C – INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF AND FACULTY • DATA FORM D – LIBRARY/LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER

  9. THE FORMS • DATA FORM E – COMPUTER SERVICES • DATA FORM F – CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA AND DEGREE PROGRAMS • DATA FORM G – INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS
