1. Teaching Leadership Skills To Students Leadership is one of the most important skill that a child should possess. It fosters qualities such as discipline and effective communication in them. Here are some ways of teaching leadership skills to students.  Assist kids to stay positive and focused towards their goal even when things aren't turning up in their favor or if they don't achieve something they want to. Organize several activities which engage students and require them to stay focused towards the task in hand. Always teach students that failures are a part of life. They should try to learn from their mistakes and make sure that they don't repeat the same mistakes in future. Encourage kids to participate in extracurricular activities which in turn will enhance their ability to communicate & also help them gain self-confidence.
