  2. Focusing Question • How can I use Jing Screencasting to celebrate and share what a graph can tell you with multiple contributors and participants?

  4. Framing The Session • In our last session, we downloaded Jing and created screencasts in preparation for celebration of student work. Now, I am going to show you how to display your best survey data so that it can be shared interactively.

  5. Teaching • Click on your Jing icon under History and click on the file to share.

  6. Teaching • Click on the Save icon and save the file on your desktop with an appropriate name. Mine is named Jing Google Doc.

  7. Teaching • Next, log in to screencast.com using your Jing email and password. Create a folder and tile it: Celebrating iL. Click on upload media and find the saved Jing file and upload it to screencast.com. Then move this into the new folder and continue uploading your screencasts for sharing.

  9. Guided Practice • Now begin reviewing your screencasts for uploading, sharing and celebrating your best survey data displays.

  11. Getting Started • Take the next 20 minutes to practice adding screencasts from the last session and place in a Celebration folder on screencast.com. Then, we will come back together and share.

  16. Share A group can celebrate interactively in class or at home to share how different survey data lends itself to certain graphic representations that participants can view at once to determine the best representation.
