Duties of Finance Ministry • Count and deposit weekly contribution • Pay the bills • Make journal entries to document transactions • Prepare financial statements and present at monthly meetings • Prepare annual budget with input from deacons and elders • Plan for future
Members Involved • Tim Steele – Corporate Treasurer • Bob Burd and Bob Messer – sign checks, review financial reports, ask questions • Rosea Elliott – counts weekly contribution, inputs accounting entries into software, fills out checks, aggregates receipts/invoices • Nathan Bochmann – monitors bank accounts prepares financial stmts, present at monthly mtg • Junior Morgan – counts weekly contribution • Royce Hammitt – can sign checks in case Bob & Bob are gone

What I Have Learned? • Totally invested in this walk with Jesus. • Jesus does not want a commitment that only expects blessings. He wants a person that considers what expectations he (Jesus) has for his followers.
