Systems Change • WHY – areas where flexibility from the case group cannot cover. • WHAT – 3 priorities, check in with experts by experience before proceeding. • HOW – Unpick the detail of why this is an issue (typical pathways, causal factors in these pathways, case studies etc). • WHO – occupies that part of the system/ has power within this area of the system / that you can share the case groups learning with. • ANYTHING ELSE (parking lot for later) • HORIZON SCANNING – for each area identified, what is already happening or upcoming across the county or districts linked to the topic. We don’t want to duplicate but could input to this work with insights from CEAs work and where we believe a more effective response is needed.
Systems Change • Hospital discharge • Prison discharge • Linear pathways • Appropriate accommodation • Mental health – addressed through each of the above.
Systems Change – Appropriate Accommodation • Adequate vs Appropriate • Release from prison • Mental health • Young people (18 year olds) • Access to social housing • Local lettings policy • Lack of permanent accommodation for vulnerable adults • Over 65s • Accommodation for couples
