  3. Step 1: Get noticed • The first step is to get noticed. Try out for teams, get noticed by scouts etc.

  4. Step 2: Play for the team To To • The second step is to play for the team and put yourself out there to be noticed for a higher level team and move your way up.

  5. Step 3: Play. Play. Play. • Play as hard and as best as you can and maybe you will get noticed by the NHL or AHL. • In my goal I would prefer to play for AHL (American Hockey League)

  6. Step 4: You made your goal • My prefered team in the AHL to play on is the chicago wolves. • They are the farm team for the Vancouver Canucks.

  7. Congratulations • You can either accept a contract with an NHL team if offered, or decline it and stay and play for the AHL team. • I personally would stay in the AHL for a couple years, the AHL isn’t nearly as popular as the NHL, and the players play for the chance to be noticed, and theres more competition.
