  2. PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN • ADA GURU YANG TELAH DILATIH UKS (MINIMAL 1 ORG) • INTEGRASI PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN KE MATA PELAJARAN • TERSEDIANYA BUKU BACAAN TENTANG KESEHATAN DI PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH (10 JENIS)

LINGKUNGAN KESEHATAN SEKOLAH • Adahalaman/pekarangan/lapangan + Pagar dan Taman & Penghijauan • Standar Kelas (1,75 m/murid : Ventilasi dan Pencahyaan 15 % dari luas ruangan dan jarak murid ke papan tulis 2,5 M). • Adasumber air bersih yang memadai (30 lt/org) dan jarak dengan septik tank minimal 10 m) • Adatempatcucitangan ( 1 unit/ 2 kelas) • Adawc/jambanyangberfungsi (1 : 40 laki-laki ; 1 : 20 perempaun) • Adatempatpemilahan sampah (1 unit/kelas) • Adasaluranpembuangan air kotor yang berfungsi • Kantin Sekolah Sehat (unit tempatpenyimpananmakanan, tempatcucitangan, tempatcucialat) • Adanya Kebun Toga/Apotek Hidup (Pengadaanjenistanaman DIATAS 20 JENIS, tanamanhias) • Kawasan Bebas Rokok dan Narkoba (MEDIA KAMPANYE)

  4. PELAYANAN KESEHATAN • Memilikiruang UKS tersendiri yang memadai (minimal 2 bed, 1 putra, 1 putri) • Adanya Kit UKS + alat layan P3K dan P3P (termasuk 2 bed, minimal) • Dokter Kecil/Kader Kesehatan remaja terlatih (10 % dari jmlh siswa) • Adanya Tempat/Papan Informasi Kesehatan
